Pop Object 

"Pop Object" is a work by Marko Pogacnik, an artist who grew up in post-war Slovenia during a period of political and social change, influenced by modernism and a growing sense of cultural identity. This piece invites a dialogue between the concrete and the ethereal. Pogacnik uses the rigid form of the cube, a symbol of modernity and industrialization, and softens it with a gentle, almost pastel blue. The color choice is reminiscent of the sky and water, evoking the feeling of the sublime in nature.
