Claude Monet painted this canvas of rose trellises with oil paint, at a time we don't know. I love how the paint here is really alive. Look closely, and you can see how Monet used all these little strokes of color. It's like he's not just painting roses, but also capturing the way light dances around them. It reminds me of how I approach painting: not trying to copy what I see, but trying to find the feeling of being in that space. The pinks and yellows against the greens give the whole thing a kind of vibrating energy. See that spot of bright yellow right in the center? It pulls you in, like a secret little sun. Monet was always playing with how we see and feel, and you can really see the influence of artists like Turner in this piece. To me, art is a constant conversation and Monet, is definitely contributing his own colorful thoughts.
