Editor: This intriguing print is by Joe Tilson, part of his 'Strassenkunst Hannover Project.' It's hard to pinpoint a date, but I'm seeing references to 1970. The composition seems like a collection of fragmented thoughts. What do you make of it? Curator: It’s like a visual poem, isn't it? Tilson was deeply involved in bringing art to the streets, making it accessible. This piece feels like a blueprint, a series of playful instructions for some unrealizable project. What strikes you most, the ladder or the egg? Editor: Maybe the ladder, with the German words? Curator: Yes, ‘Leben’ at the bottom, meaning ‘life’…perhaps Tilson is hinting at a pathway, a climb towards understanding. It’s a puzzle, an invitation to interpret. Editor: I see it now, the invitation to decipher and find meaning! Curator: Exactly! Art as a journey, not a destination.
