Willem van Outhoorn (1635-1720) was a Dutch colonial administrator who served as Governor-General of the Dutch East India Company (VOC) in Batavia (present-day Jakarta, Indonesia) from 1684 to 1704. Known for his effective administration, he is notable for his role in the development of Batavia as a prominent trade hub.
