Stephen Cross

Stephen Cross was an art film director who wrote this letter to Baroness van der Bosch van Berwolde, a Dutch art collector, in 1972. The letter discusses a film project for a documentary on Odilon Redon's work. Cross was seeking permission to film the Redon collection in the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, and also the paintings of the artist at the Kröller-Müller Museum. This film was intended for broadcast on British television.
