Mir 'Ali al-Husaini was a Persian artist who flourished during the Safavid period (1501-1736). Known for his expertise in miniature painting, he is celebrated for his exquisite depiction of courtly life and hunting scenes. Al-Husaini's work is characterized by its vibrant colours, delicate brushwork, and meticulous attention to detail. He was particularly skilled at rendering the textures of fabrics and the movements of animals, showcasing the opulence and sophistication of Safavid court culture.
