Makinti Napanangka was an Australian Aboriginal artist born circa 1930 in Australia. She was a member of the Warlpiri people, a traditional group that lived in the Tanami Desert. Napanangka's work is characterized by vibrant colours and intricate patterns, often depicting the landscape, stories, and ceremonies of her people.
