Biography
Koloman Moser (1868-1918) was an Austrian artist, designer, and architect associated with the Vienna Secession movement. He was known for his decorative style which blended Art Nouveau with elements of symbolism and Jugendstil. His work ranged from book illustrations and posters to furniture and stained glass. He is considered one of the key figures in the development of early 20th century graphic design. His work is characterized by a strong use of line, bold colors, and stylized floral and geometric motifs.
