Julian Corbett

Julian Corbett (1854-1922) was a British naval historian, author and scholar, born in Lambeth. He published several books and articles on naval history including a series of reproductions of the Earl of Dartmouth's drawings of battles. Corbett is most known for his work on the "The Seven Years' War" and "The Rise of Naval Power." He was a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society and the Society for Nautical Research.
