He was a prominent figure in the Russian avant-garde movement of the early 20th century. His work frequently incorporated geometric forms, bold colors, and text, as seen in his iconic 1923 poster "Iliazd," which exemplifies his use of typography as an artistic element, creating a dynamic and visually engaging composition.
