Han Wezelaar (1901-1984) was a Dutch sculptor and medalist known for his realistic portraiture. Born in Haarlem, he often created commemorative medals for historical figures, such as the medal depicting Philips van Marnix van St. Aldegonde, a 16th-century statesman and writer.
