Aurel Cojan

Aurel Cojan (March 3, 1914 – December 2005) was a Romanian-French painter best known for his abstract expressionist works. Born in Beceni, Buzău, Romania, Cojan's art was characterized by bold strokes, vibrant colors, and a sense of raw energy. He often employed gestural brushwork, creating a dynamic and improvisational feel in his paintings.
