I wonder if Gould meant to spotlight the unseen labor that keeps our world turning. Have you ever considered how much beauty hides in plain sight, waiting for us to notice? Perhaps he wants us to feel the weight of the broom, the fatigue in the sweeper’s stance, and the silent dignity of thankless work. Editor: That’s beautiful. I hadn’t thought of it that way – it does make me appreciate the everyday a bit more. Curator: Right? Art's funny that way. It shows us things we already knew, but somehow makes them feel brand new again.
