Editor: In light of your comment, that interplay of colors and the push and pull of textures become loaded. This tension seems fundamental—universal, even. Curator: It’s a conversation the artist begins and one we, as viewers, continue. By prompting us to ask such questions about constraints, resistance, and yearning, Corrado encourages a self-reflection. Editor: A potent reflection indeed. It pushes one to reconsider seemingly static images. Now, what struck me initially as simple juxtaposition now speaks of a deeper, even subconscious, contestation and liberation.
