Editor: This is a print called "Away He Ran and Ne'er Was Heard of More" by George Wilmot Bonner, and it's currently at the Harvard Art Museums. There's such frantic energy! What's your take on this piece? Curator: Oh, I love how the engraver captured such a sense of narrative. Look at the body language, the sheer desperation, almost cartoonish, don’t you think? I imagine the artist is telling a tale of misfortune or escape. What do you reckon he is running from? Editor: Maybe those stern-looking figures in the background? Curator: Exactly! It's all so deliciously dramatic. The unknown fate of our runaway...it sparks the imagination. It’s a reminder that art can be a portal to countless untold stories. Editor: Definitely given me a new perspective – the beauty in narrative and mystery!
