There's a curious formality to the scene, yet it feels strangely intimate. What do you make of it? Curator: Well, it strikes me as a study in observation, doesn't it? The reversed tonality adds an almost dreamlike layer. Do you think it’s a performance or a lecture? Editor: Hmm, a performance... I hadn’t considered that. It does have a theatrical feel. I'm not sure. Curator: Perhaps it's both, the act of presenting knowledge *is* a performance, isn’t it? And the audience are witnesses. Editor: I guess so. It's amazing how much a reversed image can change your perspective. I'll be thinking about this one.
